She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Clark and Dorothy Clark (Persinger); her husbands, Bill Bennett and Donald Shade; and her sisters, Ginger Smith and Mildred Preston.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Shade (Missy) of Troy, Scott Shade (Rhonda) of Piqua, Kim Boggs (Dave) of London, OH and Kelly Shade of Troy; her stepdaughter Cheryl Clutter (Steve) of Medway; and her siblings, Marlene Short of Troy, Carol Wills of Troy, Nancy Preston of Bradford, Russell Clark of Fletcher, Dick Clark of Piqua, Roger Clark of Arizona, Raymond Clark of Bradford, Rocky Clark of West Virginia and Randy Clark of Troy. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home (1124 W Main St, Troy, OH 45373). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
