Barbara Jean Besecker Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Jean Besecker of Troy, Ohio, who passed away on April 9, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Schaeffer and Mary Schaeffer (Berry); her brothers, Bernie and Billy; her stepbrothers, Bob White and Bill Phillipi; and her son-in-law Joe Hagemeyer.
She is survived by: her husband Ken Lee Besecker; her daughter Tammy Hagemeyer of Troy; her siblings, Bob Schaeffer (Kathy) of Casstown, Elmer Schaeffer (Debbie) of Troy, Dean Schaeffer (Shirley) of Troy, David Schaeffer (Kathy) of Toledo and Eva Giddinge (Mike) of Troy; her grandchildren, Kelby Staten and Chelsea Halcomb (Marc); and her great grandchildren, Colt, Asher and Shani. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great grandchildren and all the rest of her family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association.
