It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara H. Owen (Troy, Ohio), born in Hicksville, Ohio, who passed away on April 4, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Vance Hartley and Mary Ellen Hartley (Hayburn). She is survived by : her daughters, Kimberly, Dale Huston of South Vienna and Cindi Swackhamer of Indianapolis, IN; her grandchildren, Krissy Vanover, Ashley Yeager and Chelsy Swackhamer; her great grandchildren, Evelyn Barber, Nathan Barber, Olivia Yeager and Louise Swackhamer; and her sister Jane Cecil of Columbus.
