She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd B. Kelsey and Hilda Lee Kelsey (Bowman); and her siblings, Phyllis, Floyd, William, Marjorie, Robert, Duane and Patricia.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kristi (Tom Shanesy), Kim (Bill Fulker) and Amy (Eric Magel); her grandchildren, Reagan Lucas (Mark), Joseph Fulker (Amiee), Kelsey Ernsthausen (BJ), Bobby Shanesy (Katrina), Betsy Blackmore (Brian), Sam Fulker (Mary) and Jackie Plantz (Seth); and her husband Paul James Graham. She is also survived by eighteen great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
