He is survived by: his father Barry William Willoughby; his wife Julie Johnston Willoughby; his sons, Justin Willoughby (Bailey) of Tipp City, Zane Willoughby (Makenzie Dietz) of Troy and Grant Willoughby (Jenna Stockslager) of Tipp City; his granddaughter Josie Willoughby; his sister Penny; his brother-in-law Bill Johnson of West Milton; his mother-in-law Colleen Johnston of Troy; and his siblings-in-law, Jeff and Michele Johnston of Troy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
