She is survived by: her children, Dale Huston (Kim) and Lawrence "Larry" Huston; her granddaughter Kristine Vanover; her great grandchildren, Evelyn (Randy) and Nathan; and her sister Virginia Loden. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Beulah's memory to Ohio Valley Hospice.
