As Billy departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Billy may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Billy leaves behind.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sue Wright (Fogt); his children, Holly Osborne (David) of Troy and Scott Wright of Troy; and his grandchildren, Taylor Schneider of Sidney and Matthew Schneider of Troy.
Memorial contributions may be made to an education fund for his grandson: "For the Benefit of Matthew Schneider" C/O Fifth Third Bank.
