She is survived by: her children, Micheal Bush (Brian Coffey) of Columbus and Kristi Enz; her son-in-law Mike Enz of Fletcher, Ohio.; her grandchildren, Taylor, Joshua Valentine and Zachary Enz; and her great grandchild Evelyn Valentine. She is also survived by 3 siblings, and is survived by 5 siblings.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations made in her honor to Ohio's Hospice or The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
