He is survived by: his wife Barbara Fraley; his daughter Ashley Carroll (Scott) of Troy, Ohio; his stepchildren, Marie Francis of Springfield, Ohio and Matthew Francis of Springfield, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Courtney Carroll of Troy, Ohio, Levi Adkins of Springfield, Ohio, Marissa Merrell of Columbus, Ohio, Amber Merrell of Columbus, Ohio, Candice Merrell of Columbus, Ohio, Blair Carroll of Troy, Ohio and Peyton Carroll of Troy; his brother Robert Fraley (Kim) of Medway; Vanessa Murray (David) of Donnelsville, Ohio.. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Chapman, Dunbar and Fraley Funeral Home (507 Jefferson St, New Carlisle, OH 45344). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
