She was predeceased by: her father Bruce E. Hays. She is survived by: her mother Loretta Hays (Crider) of Troy; her children, Timothy Fugate (Sara), Jacob Fugate of Troy and Mary Fugate (Trever Fitzgerald); her sister Tammy McGillivary (Marty) of Troy; and her grandchildren, Nolan Fugate and Elena Darlene Fitzgerald.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton in Deborah's name.
