He was predeceased by: his parents, William D. Garrett and Wilma Jean Garrett (Mowery); his wife Kathleen M. Garrett (Morgan); and his daughter Sarah Jean. He is survived by: his sons, Ed Garrett (Kristin) and Noah Garrett (Rhonda); his grandchildren, Rebecca Ann Garrett, Zach Garrett (Rebecka) and Nick Garrett; and his siblings, Robin Garrett and Christopher Garrett. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
