She was predeceased by: her mother Helen Easterling (Belcher); and her father-in-law Rodger D. Welbaum. She is survived by: her father Donnie Eugene Easterling of Troy; her husband Dennis B. Welbaum; her siblings, Kimberly Easterling of Troy and Jerry Easterling of Centerville; her mother-in-law Rosa Lee Welbaum of Troy; and her close friends, Liberty and Hank Sinatra.
A reception was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Baird Funeral Home (555 N Market St, Troy, OH 45373).
