She was predeceased by: her parents, Josephat Simoneau and Madeleine Simoneau (Grondin); her husband Lucien Chouinard; and her siblings, Norbert, Roger Simoneau and Ruth Bisson.
She is survived by: her son Philip; her daughter-in-law Christine Chouinard of Thorndale, PA; and her daughters, Therese (Todd Henry), Rena (John Herzer) and Marguerite Chouinard of Nashville, TN. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
