He was predeceased by: his wife Connie L. Gearhardt; and his brother Steven Haines. He is survived by: his children, R. Christopher Haines (Stephenie) of Covington and Beth Humphrey (C. Matthew) of Covington; his stepchildren, Deanna Gudorf (Daniel) of Brookville and Dean Valley of Troy; his grandchildren, Corey, Grant, Connor, Cameron, Jordann, Jacob and Jolie; his great grandchildren, Max and Grace; and his brother Michael Haines (Cindy) of Piqua.
