He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Fred, Margaret Tilton of Caldwell, OH, Frank and Virginia Pennybacker of Belpre, OH.. He is survived by: his parents, Cindy Tilton-Keylor (Rick) and Ronald F. Pennybacker (Kathy); his daughters, Jenna Mae Pennybacker of Troy, OH and Taylor Ann Pennybacker of Troy, OH; his brothers, Matthew F. Pennybacker (Katina) of Laurel, MD and Samuel Tilton Pennybacker of Troy, OH; his stepsisters, Staci Hill (Justin) of Caldwell, OH and Stephanie Carpenter (Shawn) of New Martinsville, WV; and the mother of his children Whitney Edwards Pennybacker of Troy, OH. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Baird Funeral Home (555 N Market St, Troy, OH 45373). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
