She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Fulton and Edna Carroll (Creech); her pet Grover; and her siblings, Katherine "Kitty", Joe, Bob, Bill, Ray, Alma, Zella (Dewey), John, Charles "Chuck" and Susie.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Jerry Ballard; her children, Shelly Gordon (Mark) of Piqua, OH and Robert Jerry "Robb" Ballard II (Lisa Gragg) of Arizona; her grandchildren, Zachary (Nikki) and Samantha; and her siblings, Rhoda (Herb) and Jim. She is also survived by siblings and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made in Eunice's memory to Ohio's Hospice of Miami County.
