He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Urick and Eva Urick (Fuller); and his wife Donna Jean Urick. He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Mote of Troy, Betsy (Steve Johnson) and Rebecca DeForde of Sidney, Ohio; his sister Carol Renshaw of Troy; and his grandchildren, Alex, Hunter, Eva Jean and Leo.
