He was predeceased by: his parents, William Matthew and Janice Matthew (Ritter); and his stepson Robert Collins. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn A. Matthew (Myers); his stepchildren, Jennifer Armstrong (Matthew) of Englewood and Bryan Collins of West Alexandria, OH; his brothers, Kevin Matthew and Kent Matthew (Amy) of Pueblo, CO; his grandchildren, Christopher Collins (Tiffany), Megan Collins, Gabrielle Collins, Cole Collins, Lacy Armstrong and Ryker Collins; his great grandchildren, Aubrey Collins, Mia Murphy, Dean Murphy and Kayden Collins; and his sister-in-law Gina Hatton of Irvine, KY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
