She is survived by: her husband Charles Belcher; her children, Tamela Kerns (David) of Middletown, OH, Charles Belcher (Sherri) of Troy and Tariq Belcher of Troy; her siblings, Jeanne Atkins of Troy, Elizabeth Brown of Texas, Margie Pirtle (Roy) of Dayton, OH, Sheena Harris (James) of Troy, William Clay (Amy) of Okinawa, Thomas Clarke (Barbara) of Piqua, OH and Nadine Redfearn (William) of Troy; her grandchildren, Troy Belcher, Courtney Belcher, Isabella Kerns, Tara Belcher, Michaela Belcher, Titus Belcher, Whitney Webster, Matt Bercot and Tara Pierce; and her great grandchildren, Ember Belcher, Sarah Pierce, Jacob Pierce, Hadassah Pierce and Zechariah Pierce.
