He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Wesley and Levada Bailey (Darnell); and his sister Linda Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Ann Bailey (Williams); his children, Gene Bailey (Melette) of Troy, Melinda Large of Ashland, KY and Jennifer Barker of Kettering; his grandchild Chazz Large of Ashland, KY; his children, Chelsea Snyder of Columbus, Brad Bailey (Chelsea) of Ludlow Falls and Makayla Large (Fiance' Jake King) of Troy; his great grandchildren, Raelyn Large of Ashland, KY and Adalynn King of Troy; his sister Barbara Zeller of Arcanum; and his pet Smokey.
