He is survived by: his wife Cindy K. Shockey (Bailen); his daughter Jennifer Wendling (Tim) of Springfield; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Shockey (David), Brittney Shockey, Adeline Mattachione and Joshua Wendling (Kayla); his great grandchildren, Anna, Cora and Luke; his nephew David Bailen (Bonnie); his great-nephews, Austin and Zander Bailen; his sister Bonnie Taylor (Art) of Xenia; his nieces, Lisa Adams and Amy Taylor; his great-nephews, Dylan, Noah Adams and Michael Pace (Korinne); his great-niece Samantha Van Hoose; Cohen and Novalee.
