He is survived by: his wife Laurie Hughes; his children, Dawn Lewis, Tionda Hughes (Scott), Jeremy Hughes and Chris Hughes; his sister Diane Coble; and his children-in-law, James Scott and Olivia Hughes. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
