He is survived by: his wife Tonia Blacketer (Vanderpool); his children, Amy Creel (Trent), Heidi Blacketer (Doug Ganger), Amanda Blacketer, Jack Blacketer III and Christina Anderson (Eric); his stepson Rick Rowan (Peggy Blacketer); his grandchildren, Kyle, Alexis, Bella and Brayden; his great grandchildren, PJ and Ryder; his stepgrandchildren, Jimmy and Ashley; his stepgreat-granddaughter Addie; his siblings, Robert "Bob" Blacketer and Terri Wacaster (Charles); and his pet Baxter. He is also survived by nieces nephews, relatives, friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kindred Funeral Home (400 Union Blvd, Englewood, OH 45322). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
