She was predeceased by : her parents, Edgel Howard and Evelyn Henson (Hamilton); and her siblings, Lily Coburn, Bob and Bill Howard.
She is survived by : her husband Orville G. Addis of Troy; her children, Jimmy Henson (Naomi) of Chattaroy, WV, Pam Bornhorst (Steven) of Troy and Kim Addis (Matt Andrews) of Kettering; and her grandchildren, Erica, Derek, Jamie, Stefanie, Brittany, Adam, Jake, Leah, Jimmy, Justin and Morgan. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild.
