He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Sorah and Louella "Doris" Sorah (Boram); his grandson Brandon Murphy; and his son-in-law Jeffrey Smith. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Sorah (Schrader); and his children, Jeannie Hurst (Mark), James Sorah (Jenny), Jerry Sorah, Joyce Smith, Judith "Judy" Sullivan (David) and Joanna Beinker (Scott). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
