He was predeceased by: his father James Anderson; his stepfather Lewis Maxwell; and his brother Jerry Anderson. He is survived by: his mother Pauline Maxwell (Davis); his children, Kristy R Anderson and James "Jamie" Anderson; and his siblings, Brenda Anderson, Bill Anderson, Susan Neiswander (Hobe), Patricia Ann Arnett (Thurman), Judy Slater (Tom), Debbie Conn (Dennis) and Kathy Bailey (Danny). He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to animal shelter of donor's choice.
