She was predeceased by: her parents, Iva Couchman and Earl Couchman; her siblings, Bill, Claurys, Jean and Dale; and her nephew Billy Dean.
She is survived by: her brother Herb (Kaye); her nieces, Vicki, Lisa, Cassie, Amy (Greg), Melody, Becky (Todd) and Robin; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Shannon, Jena, Brooke, Lane, Xander, Xavier and Matthew.
