He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Huber and Dorothy Huber (Schneider); his daughter Eva Huber; and his siblings, James Huber, Thomas Huber, Adele Borling and Virginia Beriswill.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Helen Huber (Goring); his children, Jerry Huber (Richard Huber) of Austin, Andrea Huber (Douglas Huber) of Los Angeles, Joseph Huber (Kevin Barhorst) of Raleigh, Carrie Clarke (Sarah Barhorst) of Kaneohe and Grace Knittle (Gregory Barhorst) of Dublin; and his sister Dorothy J. Morris of Brunswick. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild.
