She was predeceased by: her mother Marjorie Hook (DuPertuis); and her brothers, Douglas, David and Dan Hook. She is survived by: her father William Hook; her children, Lucas Holtzapple (Brittney Wismer) of Cedar Hill, TX and Katisha See (Joe) of Dayton, OH; her grandchildren, Jeremiah Daniels and Kieran See; and her siblings, Donald Hook (Deb), Joan Braun (Joe) and Janice Polutnik (Frank). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
