She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh John and Mary Elizabeth Liller (Russell); and her husband Carl. She is survived by: her children, Cindi Goss (David) of Terre Haute, IN and Brad Goubeaux (Noelle) of Oxford, MS; her grandchildren, Meagan (Nathan), Courtney (Philip), Lindsey (Grae) and Ben; her great grandchild Charlie; and her grandchildren, Logan, Hayden and Leah.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Jo Ann's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
