He is survived by: his wife Linda L. Slonaker (Longendelpher); his daughter-in-law Denise Slonaker of Sidney; his grandchildren, Chelsea Applegate (Jeff) of Piqua, Chad Slonaker of Sidney, Travis Slonaker of Oakwood, Allison Zaleski (Pius) of Columbus and Matthew Slonaker of Columbus; his great grandchildren, Caitlyn Smith (Kevin) and Beckett Zaleski of Columbus; his brother-in-law Gary Gilmore of Greenville; and his nieces and nephews, Joe, Jeff (Ginger), Jason Gilmore, Jenny Conway (Chris), Amber, Nick, Sam, Eli and Finley.
