He was predeceased by: his wife Lois Evans Ferrier; his stepdaughter Beverly Lee Evans of Troy, Ohio; his son Joseph R. Ferrier Jr. of Conshohocken, Pennsylvania; his parents, Frederick Ferrier and Margaret Horn of Conshohocken; and his siblings, Margaret Wooly, Fred and Ronald.
He is survived by: his sister Audrey Burke; his stepson Robert F. Evans, Jr. (Stacy); his grandchildren, Kate, Hank and Robbie Evans of Valdosta, Georgia; his daughter Debbie Ferrier Kuhn (Scott); his grandchildren, Michelle, Justin and Lisa Kuhn Wilinsky (Kyle); and his son Theo James of Quakertown, Pennsylvania..
