He is survived by: his daughter Emalee Holtzman; his parents, Julie D. Casey and Joseph I. Casey; his siblings, Jesse J. Casey and Jenelle Casey Willmeth; and his stepbrother Jason Howell. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, a scholarship fund will be created for Julian's daughter.
