She was predeceased by: her husband John Falkowski. She is survived by: her parents, Jesse Turner and Delma Turner; her son Christopher Falkowski; her daughter-in-law Brittany Falkowski; her grandsons, Everett and Elliott; and her stepdaughter Michele Hopkins. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
