As Keith Elwin departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Keith Elwin may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Keith Elwin leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Elwin and Lucy Mable Wiggin (Roberts); and his siblings, Byron Roberts and Sharon Canney. He is survived by: his wife Lois Norene Wiggin (Farrell); his siblings, Russell Wiggin, Marilyn Meatty and Shirley Whitehouse; his son Dan Barber (Kathy); and his grandchildren, Megan Leigh and Alex Barber.
