He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis M. Copeland and Lillian J. Copeland (Locker); his son Brandon Copeland; and his brother Francis Marion Copeland. He is survived by: his children, Trisha Elliott (David) of Piqua and Brian Copeland (Carolyn Copeland) of Troy; his grandchildren, Eli, Ivy, Everett Copeland and Karlie Elliott; and his siblings, Mark Copeland (Melissa) of Sidney and Sue Hull (Jim) of Sidney.
