He is survived by : his children, David Bailen (Bonnie) of Troy, Courtney Burns (Curtis) of Troy and Jason Bailen (Christina King) of Troy; his grandchildren, Ashley Booher, Dustin Bailen, Jacob King, Gavin King, Christian Bailen, Stay'ja Burns, Curtis Burns, Jr., Austin Bailen and Xander Bailen; his great grandchildren, Kahayden Rose, Aaron Rose, Jr., Paisley Rose, Jax King, Gavin King, Jr., Alyse King and Addie King; his sister Cindy Shockey of Troy; and his pet Zelda.
