She was predeceased by: her father Roy M.. She is survived by: her husband Charles Phillips of Troy, OH; her children, Tabitha Parkinson of Dayton, OH and Charles Phillips Jr. (Amanda Wolfe) of Christiansburg, OH.; and her siblings, Estle Barnett (Sherri) and Bob Barnett. She is also survived by three grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
