She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph C. Ely and Alma Lois Ely (Elifritz); her husband John Lykes; her brother Ronald Ely; and her sister-in-law Rebecca Ely.
She is survived by: her brothers, Marvin Ely, Jim Ely (Connie) and Jerry Ely (Kay); and her close friends, Denny and Sue Kremer. She is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews.
