We are sad to announce that, on July 4, 2018, at the age of 84, Lucien Chouinard (Troy, Ohio), born in Lowell, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jeanne Barrette, Joseph Chouinard, Lionel Chouinard, Henry Chouinard and Adelard Chouinard.

He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Dotty" Chouinard (Simoneau); his son Philip Chouinard of Thorndale, PA; and his children-in-law, Christine Chouinard of Thorndale, PA, Therese Henry, Todd Henry of Manassas, VA, Rena Herzer, John Herzer of Dayton, OH and Marguerite Chouinard of Wilmington, NC. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
