She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald P. Neff and Dorothy Marie Neff (Leopard); her husband Robert J. Rudisill; her brother Jack Neff; and her grandson Travis Bean.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rita K. Bean (Gary) of Troy and Linda E. Loper (Bruce) of Troy; her sisters, Patricia J. Beard of Washington and Wilma E. Fischer (Billie) of Tipp City; and her grandchildren, Kristina Peele (Grant), Amy Kessler (Kevin), Anna Cook (Zach Harpold) and Hunter Loper (Ashley). She is also survived by eight great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Frings & Bayliff Funeral Home (327 W Main St, Tipp City, OH 45371). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
