We are sad to announce that, on May 5, 2023, at the age of 72, Maurice Bashore Jr. of Troy, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Dale Bashore, Sr. and Thelma Bashore (Mangas); his grandson Robbie Lawrence; and his siblings, Michael Bashore, Harold Bashore of Celina, OH, John Bashore and Carolyn Martin.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Bashore (Lewis); his daughters, Lesley Carr (Jason) of Troy, OH and Amy Kohlhorst (Kevin) of Fletcher, OH; his grandchildren, Iris (Cody), Kelsey, Kortney and Jason, II (Dakota); his great grandchildren, Baylee, Kingston, Burkley, Liam, Miles, Addiline, Carson and Evelyn; his siblings, Nancy Hile (Dan) and Roger Davis of Troy, OH; and his brother-in-law Chris Lewis of Casstown, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in his memory to Ginghamsburg United Methodist Church, VFW Post 5436 and Hospice of Miami County.
