He was predeceased by: his father Lester C. Arnett; and his siblings, Jackie Lobenstein, Maxine Arnett and Jim Arnett. He is survived by: his wife Delina Mae Arnett (Pain) of Payne, OH; and his children, Sheryl Arnett-Buckner of Ft. Wayne, IN, Kenneth E. Arnett of Cincinnati, OH and Jeffery S. Arnett of California. He is also survived by six siblings surviving along with seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
