He is survived by: his brother Greg Marko (Charlene) of Tipp City; his brother-in-law Bill Alles of Beavercreek; his nephew Justin Marko of Tipp City; his cousins, Doug Applegate of San Diego, Pam Lawner (Robert) of Dayton, Ron Applegate (Cheryl) of Bellbrook, Florence Applegate of Tipp City, Tanya Dean (William) of Tipp City, Nola Blackburn of Trotwood, Kimberly Angles (Ray) of Urbana, Patrick Denier Jr. of Cincinnati and Stephanie Keller (Jerry) of Cincinnati; his extended family, Charles Berk (Norma), Brenda Wirrig (Dan) of Tipp City, Jeremy Collins (Kristina) of Tipp City, Christina McClement (John) of South Carolina and Nick Collins (Baylee) of Pennsylvania; and his caregivers, Micky, Industries, Ashely, Natalie, Wendy, Chelsea, Nita, Ryann, Lori, Trisha, Allie, Brittany, Brandy, Christina, Amanda, Stephanie, Gina Hicks, Crystal Wright-O'Dell, Khaylae Michael, Cathy Carr, Heather Prater, Betty Deleon, Riverside and Tracy Macfall.
