He was predeceased by: his father Carl Philip Sampson; and his stepfather Gary Crosby. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Rebecca Crosby (Seas) of Bradford; his girlfriend Michelle Brandenburg of Troy; his children, Taylor Sampson, Landon Sampson and Michaela Sampson; his sister Joy West (John) of Bradford; and his stepbrothers, Rex Crosby (Tammie) of Flint, MI and Mike Crosby (Julie) of Greenville. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
