He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sue Bennett (Price) of Troy and Richard Quillen; his grandparents, Frank Price Jr., Ann Elizabeth, Henry Quillen and Russell Smith; his stepmother Keely Quillen of Troy; his children, Elijah Atkins, Madeline Quillen and Arianna Freistuhler; his sisters, Lana Beebe (Tim) of Monterey, CA, Danielle Brautigan (Devin) of Sidney, OH and Stephanie Quillen Lacey (Jason) of Troy; and his grandmothers, Hazel Pauline Quillen, Maxine Smith and Toni Price.
