He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edward and Shirlee Ann Fleming (Gibboney). He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Christopher (Jeff) of Stuart, FL and Sheila Patterson (Jim) of Huber Heights, OH; his siblings' children, Laura, Grace and Joshua; and his great-nephews, Logan and Liam.
