He is survived by : his wife Wanda Napier (Owens); his children, Melissa Beorn (Charlie) of Monroe, OH, Karen Godbey of Springboro, OH and Paul Napier, Jr. of Norword, OH; his grandchildren, Brooke, Jordan, Adam and Megan; his great grandchildren, Betty Rae, Harvey and Isabela; and his brother Ross Napier (Jerilis) of Pineville, KY. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
