She was predeceased by: her mother Joan Joyce DePhillip (Potempa); and her nephew Kenny DePhillip. She is survived by: her father Louis A. DePhillip of Tipp City, OH; her brother Ken; her sister-in-law Julie DePhillip of Enon; and her niece Kimberly DePhillip (Casey Sparks) of Springfield.
