He is survived by: his mother Tami Westfall (Chaney) of Findlay; his sister Angel Bowling (Brian) of Findlay; his girlfriend Dana Kilpatrick; his aunt Mindy Northup; his uncles, Charles "Pete" Chaney and Kevin Northup; his niece Kylie Bowling; and his cousins, Sophia Chaney and Chelsey West.
